Christian Arndt, M.A.

Naturopath

My own path into medicine began with the conviction that health is far more than the absence of disease. From an early stage, I was fascinated by the question of why two people with similar symptoms can experience completely different courses of illness, and why the same treatment may help one person while offering little benefit to another.

After completing my university studies, I trained as a naturopathic practitioner (Heilpraktiker) at the state-recognised Josef Angerer School of Naturopathy in Munich. This comprehensive full-time programme, comprising more than 3,000 hours of education and clinical training, laid the foundation for my professional career.

Since opening my own practice, I have had the privilege of supporting people with a wide variety of health concerns. My work has always focused on understanding the individual as a whole rather than treating isolated symptoms.

Over the years, my professional interests have become increasingly centred on Traditional European Medicine (TEM), iridology, the Schüßler Biochemical Therapy, spagyric medicine, and a range of reflex and regulatory therapies. These disciplines form the core of my daily clinical practice.

Alongside my work with patients, I have dedicated many years to research, teaching, and professional education in the field of naturopathic medicine. Sharing knowledge has always been as important to me as providing patient care, and this commitment has led to the publication of several scientific papers and specialist books.

Every patient is unique.

For this reason, there are no standardised treatment plans in my practice. Every therapeutic approach is developed individually, based on careful assessment, clinical experience, and a genuine understanding of the person sitting in front of me.
