Frequently asked questions

I invoice my services according to the Fee Schedule for Alternative Practitioners (GebÜH 1985).

Private health insurance companies, government aid, as well as supplementary insurances usually cover the costs incurred with me at 100%.

For self-payers:
Hourly rate: 240 euros. Invoiced in fifteen-minute increments.

By legal provisions, statutory health insurance funds and substitute funds are prohibited from reimbursing costs for treatments by naturopaths.

Patients who do not receive reimbursement from private health insurance and/or government assistance receive a non-specified invoice or receipt for their payments for possible tax deduction purposes.

In certain cases, I conduct home visits by prior arrangement over the phone. Generally, I schedule these visits following my office hours. For patients living at a distance, I would like to inform in advance that, to cover the expenses incurred for a home visit, in addition to the treatment fee, I will need to charge for time and travel expenses.

Additionally, I travel worldwide to clients.

I operate on a strict appointment-only basis. Therefore, I kindly ask you to cancel scheduled appointments that you cannot attend in a timely manner so that I can reallocate them. A cancellation is considered timely if it is made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. In case of later or non-notification of cancellation, I am unable to reallocate the appointment, and a cancellation fee of 240 euros will be charged. I appreciate your understanding in this matter.
